Data we process on this website

This website uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics. We only process the data you send us: if you write to hola@deporset.es or via WhatsApp, we will process your name and contact details to reply and, if you ask, prepare a proposal. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Data inside DEPORSET

When a sports organisation uses the software, that organisation is the controller of its athletes', families' and staff's data, and SET AND PARSECS acts as processor (art. 28 GDPR) under a data-processing agreement signed at onboarding. Three design commitments: minors' data is processed under granular, revocable consent from their guardians; criminal-record certificates are recorded only as outcome and validity, never as a document accessible to third parties; and no data is disclosed to third parties except under legal obligation or to strictly necessary providers (EU hosting, banking payment gateway).

Retention

Commercial contact data is kept while the conversation lasts and at most one year after the last contact. Data managed inside the software is kept according to the controlling organisation's instructions and applicable legal periods.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@deporset.es. If you believe we have not handled them properly, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
